Terms & Conditions
- Passengers must be a minimum of 7 years of age for trike tours.
- Passengers must be the NZ legal drinking age of 18+ to participate in any wine or beer tastings.
- All passengers are required to wear helmets on trike tours.
- All Passengers agree to adhere to any instructions in relation to the Activity from the Operator at all times.
- The operator reserves the right to cancel any Activity at its discretion for (but not limited to) any of the following reasons:

a) waterway, road or weather conditions.
b) unsuitability of Passenger(s) due to reasons such as age, ill health, poor fitness, intoxication or any other reasons rendering a Passenger unsuitable or unfit to participate in the Activity.
c) any other circumstances which are beyond the reasonable control of the Operator.
Cancellation Policy
Trike Tours
All bookings are NON-REFUNDABLE. If you fail to arrive at your pick-up point for your scheduled tour your booking will be non-refundable. Please check your tour confirmation carefully and be ready for your scheduled time. Refunds will only be issued if the Operator cancels the activity due to adverse road or weather conditions.
Modification of all Bookings
You may change the date/time of your booking at no cost up to 48 hours in advance subject to availability. Booking changes within 48 hours will incur a $50 change fee.
