UPDATE: 24.04.21 COVID-19 SITUATION – For new bookings up until 31 December 2021
- In the event NZ is directed into an ‘Alert Level’ that travel is not permissible, or in the case of guests travelling from Australia to NZ and the borders have been closed, date changes are permissible at no charge provided you contact us 24 hours before the date of your scheduled activity. The activity must then be completed within six months of return to unrestricted travel.
- If there is a sudden halt to travel as directed by the NZ Government or Australian Government, ie less than 24 hours notice, date changes are permissible at no charge and the activity must then be completed within six months of return to unrestricted travel.
- Thereafter our standard cancellation policies below apply.
All bookings are NON-REFUNDABLE. If you fail to arrive at your pick-up point for your scheduled tour your booking will be non-refundable. Please check your tour confirmation carefully and be ready for your scheduled time. Refunds will only be issued if the Operator cancels the activity due to adverse road or weather conditions.
Modification of all Bookings
You may change the date/time of your booking at no cost up to 48 hours in advance subject to availability. Booking changes within 48 hours will incur a $50 change fee.
